The Skool Store ) is an innovative online portal for parents to conveniently purchase school uniforms and accessories. As part of SoCo Group, our vision is to redefine how uniforms and related products are supplied, making the process simple, reliable, and future-ready.

We are seeking a young, energetic, and self-motivated E-Commerce Manager to join our core team at our office and drive this venture to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

· Website & Product Management: Coordinate with the IT team to ensure smooth functioning of the website, plan and roll out new features, monitor site performance and suggest improvements.

· Operations & Order Fulfilment: Collaborate with Operations and Production teams for accurate order processing, monitor inventory, order status, and returns, ensure smooth backend fulfilment.

· Business Growth & Coordination: Work with leadership to define growth strategies, collaborate with marketing for campaigns, prepare periodic reports.

· Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between IT, Operations, Production, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Who We're Looking For

· Experience: 2–3 years in e-commerce, product management, or operations.

· Skills: Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, strong communication, coordination and problem-solving.

· Traits: Energetic, proactive, and ownership-driven.

· Education: Graduate / MBA preferred.
