About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic E-commerce Freshers for intern to join our team and help manage our online sales and digital presence. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Track orders, shipments, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in optimizing product content for better visibility and sales.
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or social media.
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and PPC ads.
- Prepare reports on sales, website traffic, and customer behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping trends.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
