**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Manage and optimize the company’s online store(s), including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Ensure product availability, accurate inventory levels, and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain the overall functionality of the e-commerce site, working with the development team to resolve any technical issues.
- **Digital Marketing & Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- **Product Management**:

- Ensure the accurate and timely addition of new products to the e-commerce site.
- Maintain an up-to-date product catalog and ensure the site reflects the latest inventory.
- Track and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in product offerings and categories.
- **Customer Experience & Support**:

- Provide customer support for online inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, payments, or product inquiries.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience for customers, from browsing to checkout.
- Manage customer feedback and reviews, ensuring prompt responses to queries and concerns.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization efforts to enhance the user experience and maximize conversions.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders.
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are in stock and available for customers.
- Resolve any issues related to order processing, returns, or refunds.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Use insights from research to suggest improvements to product offerings and the overall e-commerce strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position.
- Hybrid or office-based, depending on company policies.
- Occasional evening/weekend work may be required during peak sales periods (e.g., holiday seasons or product launches).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,470.31 per month
