**Position Overview**:
As an Ecommerce Executive at Daivik Organic, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our online presence across various e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for driving online sales, improving the customer shopping experience, and implementing strategies to boost the overall performance of our e-commerce channels.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **E-commerce Platform Management**:
- Oversee and manage Daivik Organic's presence on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and product descriptions.
- Monitor and optimize product visibility and search rankings.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- **Customer Experience Enhancement**:
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback.
- Implement improvements based on customer insights to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Coordinate with the operations team to manage product inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- **Digital Marketing Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute online marketing strategies.
- Utilize digital marketing channels to drive traffic and conversions on e-commerce platforms.
- **Competitor Analysis**:
- Keep abreast of industry trends and monitor competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on competitor analysis.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure product information accuracy and compliance with e-commerce platform guidelines.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to product listings, pricing, and customer reviews.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 Years experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the organic or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
