Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive located in Adyar. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, overseeing account management, and analyzing sales data to inform business strategies. The role includes developing and implementing sales management plans, as well as managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets. The E-Commerce Executive will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Account Management experience
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Team Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce or related industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and proactively address challenges
