**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional customer experience.
- Manage product listings, inventory updates, and pricing strategies on Shopify.
- Utilize Zoho Inventory for stock management and to synchronize inventory across all sales channels.
- Analyze sales performance data to understand consumer behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and promotional campaigns.
- Provide customer support regarding product inquiries, order status, and shipping details.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in managing Shopify platforms and familiarity with Zoho Inventory.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and digital sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with proficiency in English.
