Job Title**:E-commerce Associate**

**Position Overview**:
As an E-commerce Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our online store and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for various aspects of e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, customer service, and website maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and eager to contribute to the success of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Process online orders in a timely and efficient manner, including order fulfillment and shipping logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns.
- Analyze sales data and website performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to optimize the online shopping experience and drive sales growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
