About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Account Manager
to support daily account coordination, internal operations, and marketing-related activities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently during the UK shift. Prior experience in coordination, account handling, or marketing support is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing & Relationship Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients during the UK shift
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and feedback to ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate internally to make sure all client requests and tasks are completed on time
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution
Account & Internal Coordination
- Manage day-to-day account activities including documentation, task tracking, and follow-ups
- Coordinate between internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and internal communication logs
- Support operational workflows and help streamline processes
Marketing & Creative Support
- Assist with marketing coordination tasks such as reviewing creatives, proofreading, content checks, and ensuring brand accuracy
- Track campaign progress, deliverables, and deadlines
- Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly account or project reports
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and highlight improvements
- Maintain dashboards, performance records, and trackers accurately
Quality & Process Management
- Conduct detailed checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements in workflow and communication
- Ensure all internal processes are followed correctly and consistently
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, coordination, or marketing support
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for internal coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and general business productivity tools
- Comfortable working
full-time in the UK shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in service or operations-driven environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools or project management platforms
