Role & responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop & implement marketing plans for RMC products, identifying target segments (builders, contractors) and market opportunities.
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue by securing orders, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the sales team for effective outreach.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns (digital ads, BTL, events) to build brand presence and generate leads.
  • Market Research: Analyze demand, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Budget & Performance: Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs (CAC, ROI, conversion rates), and report on effectiveness.
  • Coordination: Work with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery, critical for RMC success.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction, building materials, and the RMC/aggregate sector.
  • Marketing Skills: Digital marketing, content creation, brand management, market research.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and sales target achievement.
  • Analytical Skills: Data analysis for campaign performance and market trends.
  • Soft Skills: Communication, problem-solving, project management, leadership.

Typical Experience

  • Experience in marketing for construction materials, infrastructure, or related B2B industries.
