We are looking for a Solar Program Manager for a global renewable energy solutions provider.
Job Profile: Responsible to own and drive international programs by working closely with the development, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams. Ensure effective stakeholder management with open communication across businesses/stakeholders. Develop schedules, identify critical paths, bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of programs. Supporting the senior leadership in sales and relationship/opportunity management for development and engineering services. Responsible for overall planning of program and periodic presentation to program/team leadership. Demonstrate and execute project goals with satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget in a global setup. File management and project diligence room support Preliminary design and proposal generation where appropriate Review monthly performance reporting from third party monitoring provider
Requirement: Must possess 3-4 years of experience as a part of a renewable energy company. Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from a premier Indian university preferred. Experience in business development, sales, market analysis, strategy, and program management. Solar project experience necessary. Strong analytical skills. Must have experience creating dashboards and working on Project Management Tools like MS Projects. Ability to communicate well in English (written/spoken). Team player, process oriented, self-driven and enterprising. Start-up experience and entrepreneurial mindset preferred.
