Qualifications

Experience

·      
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering & solar EPC design team working experience preferred.

·      
3 to 5 year Experience in solar industry is preferable

Technical Skills

Behavioral Competencies

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and PV design tools (PVsyst, Sketchup, etc.).

·      
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform shading analysis, energy

yield calculations, Knowledge of Indian standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·      
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
