Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Internship role based in Hyderabad. The Intern will collaborate with the sales team to contribute to lead generation, manage customer relationships, address client inquiries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include supporting the development of sales strategies, reaching out to potential clients, and maintaining efficient communication to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to assess and ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude to handle tasks independently
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (beneficial, but not required)
