Job Description:

KNS Air Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Safety Manager
to ensure a safe and compliant working environment across our manufacturing and project sites. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of
safety regulations, risk assessment, compliance, and EHS standards
within the HVAC or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide
    safety policies and procedures
    in compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Conduct regular
    safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections
    of plant, machinery, and project sites.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to minimize workplace accidents.
  • Organize
    safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
    for employees and workers.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain updated
    safety documentation, permits, and compliance reports
    for authorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure
    safe operations during installation, fabrication, and maintenance work
    .
  • Act as the point of contact for
    external safety audits, inspections, and certifications
    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Safety Engineering.
  • Minimum
    5 years of proven experience
    as a Safety Officer/Manager in manufacturing, HVAC, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of
    EHS regulations, ISO standards, and factory safety compliance
    .
  • Certifications in
    NEBOSH / IOSH / Safety Diploma
    preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
