Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Chef located in West Delhi. The Corporate Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, developing and testing new recipes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the consistency and quality of all dishes. Day-to-day tasks include supervising food preparation, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Recipe Development
  • Experience in Kitchen Management and Staff Supervision
  • Strong understanding of Quality Control and Food Safety Regulations
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a bakery or dessert-focused establishment
