Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic *Production & Operations Manager* to lead the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns. The role involves managing vendors, logistics, manpower, and on-ground execution to deliver high-quality experiences on time, within budget, and in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage end-to-end production for events and activations.

* Translate creative concepts into practical, cost-efficient executions.

* Manage vendors for fabrication, AV, staging, branding, and logistics.

* Conduct site visits, venue inspections, and technical assessments.

* Supervise setup, installations, and on-ground execution with quality control.

* Handle budgets, cost negotiations, and vendor reconciliations.

* Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, safety norms, and permits.

* Lead on-ground teams, labour, and production crew.

* Coordinate with internal teams and act as client-facing lead for operations.

* Timely delivery of events within budget.

* High client satisfaction and repeat business.

* Effective vendor negotiations and cost optimization.

* Zero operational lapses or safety incidents

Skills & Competencies

* Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication, AV & logistics.

* Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

* Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.

* Problem-solving and crisis management under pressure.

* Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
