6 days a week (occasional festival/weekend support)

About the Role

Demould is looking for a
smart and proactive Vendor Manager
to handle end-to-end vendor management for both our bakery operations and our gifting division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new vendors, negotiating best prices, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining healthy long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new vendors
    across bakery ingredients, packaging, raw materials, and gifting supplies
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and credit cycles
    to maintain cost efficiency
  • Conduct
    regular price benchmarking
    and
    quality checks
    to ensure best value for money
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors through regular follow-ups and communication
  • Coordinate and follow up on
    order placements, deliveries, and shortages
    with internal teams and vendors
  • Track vendor performance and flag any delays, quality issues, or breaches of agreement
  • Maintain vendor database with updated contact info, pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with accounts team to ensure
    timely payments and reconciliation
  • Support the procurement needs of both
    Demould's bakery kitchen and our Gifting division
  • Ensure smooth operations during
    festive seasons
    when procurement volumes rise

Requirement:

  • 1–2 years experience in
    vendor or procurement management
    , preferably in F&B, packaging, or gifting
  • Excellent
    negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong follow-up habits and ability to maintain clear records
  • Basic understanding of
    costing, credit cycles, and vendor lifecycle
  • Familiar with local markets in Delhi
  • Highly organised and able to handle multiple vendors and timelines
  • Comfortable working in a
    fast-paced, high-pressure environment
