Job Profile Summary

Support the management of Own Brand Supplier Operation to maintain an excellent operational standard whilst working to ensure healthy availability and vendor's performance meets and exceeds the business expectations

Key Accountabilities

·     

  • Review order requests within the ordering system (SLIM).
  • Order Follow-up: Track the entire order process from confirmation to delivery, coordinate with vendors and relevant teams to ensure on-time shipment.
  • Update order progress on the forwarder portal and maintain the order database.
  • Coordinate with the quality team to arrange product inspections.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to improve stock availability, including expediting orders and arranging airfreight.
  • Handle shipment paperwork, initiate payment requests, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payment.
  • Coordinate with the nominated forwarder to plan shipment and manage cargo consolidation, ensuring smooth logistics flow.
  • Monitor delivery performance, communicate with vendors and relevant teams to identify areas for improvement, and organize meetings with them to ensure business needs are met.
