Sourcing Specialist
to join our team and help strengthen our procurement operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Source and develop reliable suppliers for dry fruits, pulses, and spices.
  • Negotiate prices, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Stay updated with market trends, product availability, and cost fluctuations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (quality, warehouse, accounts) for smooth order execution.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure timely stock replenishment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sourcing/procurement (preferably food or agro products).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of market networks for dry fruits, pulses, and spices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP tools.
