Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations at Food Square's FMCG warehouse in Delhi. The role includes supervising goods inwarding, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and team management to ensure efficient and smooth warehouse functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing FMCG warehouse operations, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching FMCG goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and regular cycle counts.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for food storage and handling (ambient, chilled, and frozen goods).
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics ensuring timely delivery to outlets/customers.
  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
  • Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure proper documentation (GRN, invoices, dispatch records, MIS reports).
  • Maintain warehouse hygiene, food safety, and compliance with statutory guidelines (FSSAI, GST, etc.).
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
  • Handle audits, stock reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in FMCG warehousing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in FMCG warehouse management (Food/Retail/E-commerce sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and dispatch management.
  • Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, storage, and statutory compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
