Fleet Manager – Job Description (2+ Years Experience)

Location: Mangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily fleet operations, route planning, and vehicle scheduling
  • Monitor delivery performance, fuel usage, and maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate with drivers, ensure compliance with company and safety policies
  • Handle breakdowns, emergencies, and on-ground issues
  • Maintain fleet records, logs, and performance reports
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery delays

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet/logistics management
  • Strong communication and team-handling skills
  • Knowledge of routing, GPS tracking, and delivery operations
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, on-ground situations
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, tracking dashboards)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
