Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Mangaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising workforce activities, monitoring equipment usage, and ensuring the efficient deployment of resources. The role entails collaborating with clients, maintaining progress records, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring timely project deliverables. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Site Management, Project Coordination, and Resource Allocation
  • Strong understanding of Safety Standards and Compliance Regulations
  • Technical knowledge of Heavy Machinery including Crawler Cranes and Tyre-mounted Cranes
  • Excellent Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Strong Problem-solving, Organizational, and Time Management capabilities
  • Experience in the infrastructure, energy, or crane operations sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Availability for on-site work in Mangaluru with flexibility for project requirements
