Key Responsibilities
A. Front Desk & Reception Management
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the concerned department.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and presentable condition.
- Receive and distribute couriers, documents, and parcels.
B. Customer Handling & Support
- Attend walk-in customers and provide basic information about company services.
- Register customer enquiries and forward them to the sales or technical team.
- Coordinate customer appointments with concerned staff.
C. Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain visitor registers and call logs.
- Assist with basic office documentation and data entry.
- Support HR and accounts teams with routine office tasks as required.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
D. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communicate politely and clearly with customers and staff.
- Follow up on enquiries when instructed by the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
