Key Responsibilities

A. Front Desk & Reception Management

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the concerned department.
  • Maintain the front desk area in an organized and presentable condition.
  • Receive and distribute couriers, documents, and parcels.

B. Customer Handling & Support

  • Attend walk-in customers and provide basic information about company services.
  • Register customer enquiries and forward them to the sales or technical team.
  • Coordinate customer appointments with concerned staff.

C. Office & Administrative Support

  • Maintain visitor registers and call logs.
  • Assist with basic office documentation and data entry.
  • Support HR and accounts teams with routine office tasks as required.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).

D. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate politely and clearly with customers and staff.
  • Follow up on enquiries when instructed by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
