Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our jewelry and export team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, business acumen, and hands-on experience in managing client relations and online business activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and update the online jewellery website and ensure smooth operation of product listings, pricing, and content.
  • Handle client communication, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary sales and export documentation, reports, and records.
  • Assist and coordinate with the social media marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Prepare presentations, quotations, and business reports using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's / Master's / MBA / Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of Gems & Jewellery, Export-Import, or E-Commerce industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
