Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Conduct HR interviews and facilitate offer roll-out
  • Manage onboarding and induction for new hires

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
  • Address employee queries and concerns, and escalate when required
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Performance Management

  • Assist in performance review cycles and goal-setting processes
  • Provide guidance on appraisal systems and tools
  • Support managers and employees in development planning

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR records, HRIS updates, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Manage leave, attendance, and employee data accuracy

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Track training participation and maintain records
  • Support capability-building initiatives across teams

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
