Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a General Manager of Sales at Aarize Group. The General Manager of Sales will oversee the sales strategy to achieve revenue goals, manage and empower the sales team, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities include conducting market research, establishing sales targets, building customer relationships, and collaborating with teams to optimize business performance. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities and driving operational excellence within the sales function.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in General Management and Team Management to effectively lead and motivate teams.
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Dedication to Customer Satisfaction and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on results-driven approaches.
- Strong leadership, communication, and networking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in the real estate or luxury space sector is highly desirable.
