Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to international clients via chat (text-based) platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information related to products, services, or accounts.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Adhere to process guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all written communications.

Background & Skills:

  • Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
  • Minimum of 6 months of mandatory experience in any international chat process.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, including strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Good comprehension skills to quickly understand customer issues from written text.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to providing solutions.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or chat support software.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and offs as per process requirements.
