
International chat Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to international clients via chat (text-based) platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information related to products, services, or accounts.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Adhere to process guidelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone in all written communications.
Background & Skills:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum of 6 months of mandatory experience in any international chat process.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, including strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Good comprehension skills to quickly understand customer issues from written text.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to providing solutions.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or chat support software.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and offs as per process requirements.
