Roles and Responsibilities
- 0 - 3 years of experience in chat or voice process, having excellent communication in English
- Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Work on multiple chats simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle international chat and voice processes from various clients.
- Handling all Voice and Processes in BPOs & Call centers. Communicating with them through various channels, including email.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 - 3 years of experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Proficiency in handling international voice and chat processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Note- Sat Sun there are no walkin, only on weekdays
