Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team for our domestic voice process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, services, or billing issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Special Pay Allowance for Candidates knowing Tamil, Gujarati, and Malayalam Languages
Key Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
- Language Skills: Should know how to speak the Tamil language; basic English communication is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a voice process is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
