Job Opportunity: Executive of Customer Chat Support

About the Role:

We are seeking an efficient and professional candidate to handle customer inquiries via chat in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will provide excellent product/service information, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and respond to customer queries through chat.
  • Provide accurate product/service details.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Document all interactions within the system.
  • Follow standard procedures and guidelines for issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed for issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Excellent written English communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in BPO/chat support is highly advantageous.

Work Environment: This role requires working in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including night shifts. A complimentary transportation service (home pickup and drop-off) is provided.
