Job Description Chat Process Executive

Role: Chat Process Customer Support

Location: WNS, Weikfield, Viman Nagar, Pune

Department: Operations Non-Voice

Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Experience: 0 – 3 years

Shift: Rotational (24/7 including night shifts)

Transport: Free cab facility (home pickup & drop)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions in the system as per company policies.
  • Follow standard procedures and guidelines while troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written English communication is mandatory.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior BPO/chat support experience is an added advantage.
