*Key Responsibilities:*

  2. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or technical teams.

  5. *Communication:*

  6. Engage with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner.

  7. Provide product information, troubleshooting tips, and solutions.

  8. *Issue Resolution:*

  9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  10. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

  11. *Documentation:*

  12. Document customer interactions and feedback.

  13. Update CRM or support software with customer information and issue resolution details.

  14. *Performance Metrics:*

  15. Meet chat response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹26,698.01 per month
