- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or technical teams.
*Communication:*
- Engage with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner.
Provide product information, troubleshooting tips, and solutions.
*Issue Resolution:*
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
*Documentation:*
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
Update CRM or support software with customer information and issue resolution details.
*Performance Metrics:*
- Meet chat response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹26,698.01 per month
