About the Role

We are urgently looking for a high-energy, target-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in the South Kolkata zone. The ideal candidate should be confident in client handling, proactive in sales conversion, and well aware of the local real estate market.

This is a growth-oriented role with excellent incentives and a strong career path in a fast-expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate strong, qualified leads and convert them into successful property sales.
  • Conduct regular and mandatory client site visits to drive conversions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure deal closure and payment realization.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
  • Stay updated on pricing trends, local competition, and buyer preferences.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong revenue focus.
  • Guide and support the sales team to maximize team performance.

  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills.
  • Strong local market knowledge (South Kolkata preferred).
