Job description: On-field property sales marketing, by making calls to prospective clients, following up on leads/existing clients, going on property visits with clients, and offering them details and options from our property inventory.

Required skills:

- Good communication skills (in English, Hindi, Bengali)
- Good salesmanship and persuasion skills
- Target orientation and tactfulness
- Very Strong Follow up skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Good Time management skills
- Good listening skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, etc
- Sound computer skills
- Should know how to ride a 2-wheeler (cycle/scooty)
- 2 Wheeler will be provided by the company.

Office Location: Karunamoyee, Salt Lake.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
