Job Title: Executive – B2B Sales
We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and performance-oriented B2B Sales Executive with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in field sales and client acquisition, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to onboard new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or role.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12, ₹50,000.00 per month
