Full Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can own the entire employee life-cycle and keep books of basic accounting entries. If you thrive on multi-tasking between people processes and ledgers, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding – draft JDs, post on portals, screen, coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, complete induction.
- Payroll Processing – prepare monthly salary sheet, compute PF, ESIC, PT & TDS, etc.
- Compliance & Policies – maintain statutory registers (Factories Act, Shops & Estt.), draft HR policies, etc.
- Attendance & Leave – manage biometric system, publish monthly leave balance, enforce discipline.
- Performance Management – roll out KPIs, assist HODs in mid-year reviews, etc.
- Employee Engagement – organise trainings, welfare activities, grievance redressal.
- Exit & Final Settlement – conduct exit interviews, prepare F&F, update F&F summary in accounts.
- Basic Accounting – voucher entry (purchase, sales, bank, JV), bank reconciliation, petty-cash oversight, etc
- HRIS & Accounting Systems – maintain HRIS; generate HR and ledger reports for management.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's in Commerce / BBA/ BMS.
- 3 years' experience covering both end-to-end HR operations and routine accounting in a manufacturing setup.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act) and basic GST/TDS concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English, Hindi & Marathi; excellent drafting of letters, policies and e-mails.
- Residence: Candidates staying within a one-hour commute of Chembur (E) will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
