**Location**: Wadala, Mumbai

**Rotational Shift**

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (5 days)

**Timing**: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Booking**:

- Accurately book service invoices in the system following company protocols.
- **Taxation Compliance**:

- **Debit and Credit Notes**:

- Process and manage the passing of debit notes and credit notes in the system.
- **Journal Entries**:

- Pass journal entries in the accounting system as per requirements.
- **Vendor Payment and Management**:

- Handle vendor payments efficiently and maintain vendor records.
- **Invoice Reconciliation**:

- Knock off open invoices against payments received/done.
- **System Knowledge**:

- Operate accounting software effectively (familiarity with the Navision system is an added advantage but not mandatory).

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using accounting software and tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills for vendor and internal coordination.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Navision or similar ERP systems is a plus.
