**CryoCorp O2 LLP is looking for a dynamic person in an administration profile to join us as Office Administrator.**
**We are an engineering export company, leaders in the supply of spares & machinery of Oxygen, Nitrogen and Acetylene Plants. We are a one-stop-shop for Oxygen spares in India and a growing clientele in 22 countries in the global south countries in Asia, Africa, Middle East and South America.**
**Key Responsibility**:
- Manage client-facing for initial inquiry and complete the Initial Inquiry FMS. Fix-up appointments with Clients/ Vendors/ Staff as per requirements as per any FMS / system of the office.
- Consistent and rigorous follow-up of all the tasks given, and sharing updates with MD, so that no reminders are needed.
- Organizing internal and external meetings. Taking minutes of the meetings and sharing with all attendees, within the agreed period.
- Managing the petty cash for the office and staff and keeping the accounts updated as per a preferred system.
- Managing bookings / logistics like cab, hotel, flights (not frequent) for MD, with or without travel agents.
Work Experience: Should have minimum of 2 years of experience as an Admin role or Assistant to the MD of a company. An office coordinator is also good, but who has steady experience in admin and coordinating.
**Desirable Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate in any discipline - in HR / Management / HR / Operations / Secretarial practice 2-3 years of experience in similar profile. We prefer Science, Commerce, Arts with experience of working with company management like Directors and Partners.
- Excellent Communication Skills - good command over spoken or written English, Marathi and Hindi. Positive body language and personality with superior emotional intelligence.
- Excellent IT skills of working with Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGTP, PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Tally is desirable but not essential.
- EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS is the most important requirement. Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word. Good command over English & Shorthand.
**Other requirements - Staying within 30 minutes travelling time from our office location in Chembur.**
