The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Inside Sales Analyst - Founder's Office to join our team  
Job Title: Inside Sales Analyst - Founder's Office  Location: Mahalakshmi, Mumbai Experience: 0-2 years
Winvesta is a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to make cross-border payments and investment hassle-free and affordable for Indians. We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Analyst - Founder's Office to join our ranks.  In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing and onboarding them and educating potential clients about our products and services. You will provide exceptional customer support and assistance to ensure they are satisfied. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, enjoy interacting and engaging with clients, possess excellent communication skills, can multitask well, and be keen to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. You must demonstrate a constant curiosity and willingness to push your boundaries.
Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our products/services can help them.
  • Educate potential clients on our products/services and how they can benefit their business or personal finance needs.
  • Manage and nurture a lead pipeline to ensure prompt follow-up and closure.
  • Conduct market research, and represent the company at industry events and gatherings to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with clients by engaging with them through phone, chat, and email to provide excellent support and assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and collaborate with other teams to handle complex queries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer success and provide solutions that meet their needs, including identifying opportunities to upsell/cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Maintain a regular feedback loop with product and design teams to convey client feedback and recommendations for product improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM system.

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in English, both verbal and written
  • Confident and persuasive with the ability to close sales.
  • Interest in speaking with customers and empathy to help resolve their issues
  • Ability to handle objections and escalations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
