Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing business advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or Non-IT sales and a passion for connecting with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand client requirements and promote suitable business advisory services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior consultants.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversions.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the delivery and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 27 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in IT/Non-IT services or business consulting.
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales closures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client pain points and offer consultative solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
