, a fast-growing leader in healthcare innovation, is looking for an experienced Production Manager (Nutraceuticals) to join our team in Bangalore. If you are passionate about manufacturing high-quality health supplements and leading production excellence, this role is for you.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of health supplement production technologies.
• Proven track record in managing teams and achieving production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end production operations for nutraceuticals.
• Expertise in tablet, capsule, powder, effervescent tablet, and gummy formulations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and workforce allocation.
• Implement continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with QC/QA, R&D, and supply chain teams.
