Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager – Poultry Feed Additives located in Thanjavur. The Product Manager will oversee the development and management of poultry feed additive products, conduct market research, and formulate product strategies. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The Product Manager will also engage with stakeholders to understand market needs and drive product innovation.

  • Experience in Product Management, specifically in the animal nutrition or feed additive industry
  • Strong knowledge of poultry feed additives and market trends
  • Skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
