As we scale globally, we're building a high-leverage Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine, with usage, adoption, and insights driving every expansion conversation.

Role Overview

You'll lead the PLG & product analytics strategy, owning data instrumentation, onboarding flows, usage nudges, adoption metrics, and trial-to-paid conversion. You'll drive how our product is adopted, expanded, and evangelized inside complex B2B organizations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of data, UX, sales, and enterprise customer success.

Your Core Responsibilities:

Product Analytics & Event Strategy

  • Design and maintain our B2B product analytics schema (Mixpanel, Amplitude, FullStory).
  • Build and maintain core usage dashboards: user activation, drop-offs, feature adoption, NPS.
  • Track usage by stakeholder role: end user, champion, decision maker.
  • Surface usage signals for sales, CS, and product teams weekly.

PLG Experimentation & In-App Strategy

  • Define and run onboarding journeys, contextual guides, and feature announcements via Pendo, Appcues, or Userpilot.
  • A/B test nudges (banners, checklists, tooltips) to drive activation and usage across departments.
  • Build engagement campaigns triggered by usage gaps or milestone completions.

Revenue & Expansion Enablement

  • Set up signals for SDRs: identify "warm" trials or engaged decision-makers.
  • Track account health using adoption + NPS + feature usage → feed AMs with expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with ProfitWell or something similar to tie usage to monetization metrics.

Voice of Product & Clients

  • Work with CSMs to correlate usage with CSAT, churn risk, and referrals.
  • Feed the product roadmap with high-impact feedback based on real user behavior.
  • Ensure all feature launches are measured (adoption within 7 days, retention within 30).

What You Bring

Must-Have

2-4 years in a product analytics, growth, or PLG role at a B2B SaaS company.

Strong command of Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.

Experience designing B2B onboarding flows and in-app journeys for complex org users.

Strong SQL or analytics skills; confident in slicing usage by roles, accounts, and segments.

Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with tools like Pendo, FullStory, ProfitWell, and Userpilot.

Experience in tax/finance/ERP SaaS or enterprise procurement.

Familiarity with tracking champions, blockers, and adoption within complex buyer orgs.
