We are looking for a
Regulatory Affairs Executive/Food Regulatory & Compliance Services
with
1–2 years of experience
in nutraceuticals or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for handling regulatory submissions, product approvals, and ensuring compliance with local and international guidelines for nutraceuticals and dietary supplements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit product dossiers, licenses, and renewals to FSSAI/AYUSH/CDSCO as per nutraceutical guidelines.
- Ensure product labeling, packaging, and claims comply with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, QC, and Marketing teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Track and implement changes in nutraceutical regulations and communicate to management.
- Handle product categorization and provide regulatory strategy for new products.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain regulatory databases and records in an organized manner.
- Submission of Annual Returns / Submission of Half Yearly Lab Reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in FSSAI License / Registration documentation and compliance.
- Review & prepare labeling and packaging as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Support in product approval for nutraceuticals, health supplements, and novel foods.
- Handle import clearance, audits, and regulatory filings.
- Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities for smooth compliance processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Food Technology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields). - Experience:
1–2 years in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in nutraceuticals, food supplements, or pharmaceuticals. - Knowledge Required:
- FSSAI Nutraceutical Regulations
- Product claims, categorization, and labeling compliance.
- Exposure to global nutraceutical/food supplement regulations will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
