Job Title: Sales Manager – Healthcare Ecosystem About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales and business development functions of healthcare startups under Talrop's ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative healthcare solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of healthcare products and services, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to build lasting client relationships and business partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue goals. Identify and attract potential clients, partners, and stakeholders within the healthcare industry. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to potential clients. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies. Ensure effective sales pipeline management and regular performance reporting. Represent Talrop's healthcare startups at meetings, events, and conferences. Required Skills: Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and client acquisition. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and articulate healthcare products, technologies, and services. Proficiency in CRM tools, market research, and data-driven decision-making. Strong leadership and team coordination abilities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or health-tech sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
