We are seeking a motivated IT Technical Support Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role provides hands-on experience in technical support and RDLC reporting, offering the perfect start for your IT career.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email, chat, and on-site.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering quality support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to get the most from our products/services.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Gather customer feedback during on-site visits and share insights with internal teams.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RDLC reports based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand data models and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Perform data extraction, integration, debugging, and suggest workflow/report improvements.

Requirements

  • Completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields. (Candidates currently pursuing a degree are not eligible)
  • Familiarity with RDLC, SQL, Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹8,000.00 per month
