Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time position at our Jaipur headquarters. As a Mid-Level professional, you will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives and enhancing brand presence. This position requires expertise in digital advertising and content strategy, with a strong focus on campaign management. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in lead generation to continually build and nurture the sales pipeline.
  • Proficient in product positioning to effectively communicate value propositions to target markets.
  • Adept at conducting market research to gain insights into market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Understanding of SEO principles to optimize digital content for maximum visibility and impact.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Nexus Jobs' brand and services.
  • Oversee and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
  • Create and implement effective content strategies that engage and inform our target audience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and targets.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to enhance their professional development and productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
