Job Overview

Miracle Group Of Companies is seeking a dedicated and innovative Sales Marketing Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This mid-level, full-time role requires expertise in business development and will involve driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth in the packaging sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with Salesforce to manage sales operations efficiently.
  • Proficient communication to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and enhance profit margins.
  • Adept at lead generation to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Strong sales analytics skills to analyze trends and improve sales strategies.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving goals.
  • Experience in the food packaging industry (Corrugation, Mono Carton, Label, Laminates) to understand client needs.
  • Must possess strong business development skills. (Mandatory skill)

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer needs.
  • Oversee the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing necessary training.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
