Key Responsibilities

Customer Care (50%)

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback across phone, email, chat, and social media.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and prompt responses.

Ensure quick resolution of customer issues while delivering a positive brand experience.

Track and report common customer concerns to relevant departments for improvements.

Manage order-related inquiries, replacements, and refunds in coordination with operations.

Human Resources (50%)

Support end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.

Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth induction.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Support HR compliance and policy implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in customer service, HR, or a combined role (FMCG experience is a plus).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a people-first mindset.

Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM/HR software.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
