World Comply delivers global Accounting, Taxation, Compliance, and Virtual CFO services. With India as our delivery hub, we are scaling into the US and UK markets and seeking sales leaders who can drive this next phase of client acquisition.

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will own the client acquisition mandate for international markets, reporting directly to the Founders. This is a frontline revenue leadership role with direct impact on the firm's top line.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategy for US/UK market entry.

· Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure.

· Partner with Marketing to convert campaigns into paying clients.

· Build trusted CXO-level relationships with CFOs, Finance Heads, and Founders.

· Accurately maintain CRM pipeline and deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts.

· Achieve and exceed revenue targets consistently.

KPIs / Success Metrics

· New client revenue of ₹5–6 Cr in Year 1.

· Closure rate of 20–25% on qualified leads.

· Minimum 3–5 anchor clients onboarded in Year 1.

· Healthy, visible pipeline in CRM (3x target coverage always).

Career Growth Path

· Year 1–2: Establish a strong book of clients across the US & UK.

· Year 2+: Build and lead international BD team (2–3 BD Managers, Partnership Manager).

· Path to Head of Sales / VP – Business Development in 3–4 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹125,000.00 per month
