About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic outreach. This role offers a fixed base salary with additional incentives for achieving or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and propose relevant products/services that align with business goals.
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities and close sales to meet assigned targets.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: Fixed monthly salary (based on experience).
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
